I. Overview
HSWS-3000 Trace Moisture Tester is a newly developed trace moisture test and analysis instrument. The instrument uses a high-resolution color touch LCD display, which is convenient, intuitive and easy to operate. The instrument uses a high-performance ARM processor with large data storage capacity, fast and stable operation and excellent anti-interference performance, and has the outstanding advantages of fast detection speed and high accuracy. The instrument has a fault self-diagnosis function. After the test is completed, the test results are displayed and printed. The instrument has a dynamic curve indication function for measuring potential, making the test status more intuitive; the instrument has a large data storage capacity and can store up to 1,000 data records; the instrument has a delayed measurement function, which is very effective when testing samples with lower moisture content; the instrument uses a sliding touch stirring speed control; the moisture content calculation formula includes a variety of algorithms calculated by key parameters such as volume and weight; during the test, if the relevant parameters of the calculation formula need to be modified, they can be modified in time without affecting the moisture determination results, and the moisture content is calculated according to the newly modified parameters, which is convenient for users.
The instrument uses Karl-Fischer coulometric titration and can reliably measure trace moisture in liquid, gas, and solid samples. During the test, for solids that are insoluble in the reagent and substances that easily contaminate the electrode and react with the reagent, the corresponding solid, gas, and liquid injectors can be used for indirect measurement. It is a highly efficient, fully automatic analytical instrument. It is widely used in industries such as electricity, petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, railways, environmental protection, scientific research institutions, etc.
