1. Overview

HSFYH-20 wireless secondary voltage drop/load tester is a new intelligent wireless test instrument for automatic testing of voltage transformer secondary voltage drop/load, which is carefully designed and developed by our company. It completely replaces the conventional secondary voltage drop/load tester in the past. There is no need to lay a long voltage test cable, which largely avoids the occurrence of PT secondary short circuit accidents. It creates good conditions for the safe operation of substations. The instrument adopts non-GPS wireless synchronization, no need to find satellites, fast test speed, and is not affected by terrain.

The instrument also has all the functions of the energy meter field calibrator, which can perform online non-stop power calibration and check wrong wiring of the energy meter.

The instrument has the advantages of small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, easy operation and easy learning, simple wiring, convenient testing and recording, which greatly improves work efficiency. It uses a large-screen true color graphic LCD as the display window, graphic menu operation and Chinese character prompts, a display interface that integrates multiple parameters on one screen, a friendly human-computer dialogue interface, and is easy and fast to use.

2. Functional features

1. Automatically complete the measurement of the secondary voltage drop of the three-phase three-wire or three-phase four-wire voltage transformer by wireless means. There is no need to lay a long voltage test line from the instrument to the far end of the test in the ordinary way, which can avoid unnecessary short-circuit faults caused by too long lines;

2. Non-GPS synchronization mode, no need to find satellites, quick and convenient to use.

3. Automatically calculate the ratio difference, angle difference and comprehensive error of the three phases.

4. Automatically measure the load of the secondary circuit of the voltage and current transformer.

5. It can automatically detect and store the measurement error data caused by the test wire under various wiring methods, and automatically correct it in subsequent tests.

6. The software correction function is specially designed to achieve accuracy correction without hardware adjustment, and it can be verified on-site in power test and research departments at all levels.

7. Various electrical parameters are displayed on the same screen, and voltage, current, phase angle, power factor, active power, reactive power and apparent power can all be measured; the waveform of each phase parameter can be displayed.

8. With harmonic measurement function, it can measure the harmonic content of voltage and current below 32 times.

9. Built-in large-capacity rechargeable battery pack, which can be powered by the battery pack in the instrument when there is no 220V AC outdoors. Built-in fast automatic charger can quickly charge the battery pack.

10. The remaining battery percentage indication function is not a simple low-power alarm.

11. Large screen, high-brightness true color LCD display, full Chinese character graphical menu and operation prompts to achieve friendly human-computer dialogue, conductive silicone buttons make operation easier, wide temperature LCD with automatic contrast and brightness adjustment, can adapt to winter and summer seasons.

12. Users can print out the test data at any time through a micro printer.

13. Test result storage function, can store 200 sets of test data.

14. Equipped with background management software, the storage records can be uploaded to the computer for unified management.
