1. Overview
The large comprehensive error of electric energy metering is a key problem that is common in electric energy metering. The measurement error caused by the voltage drop of the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer is often the biggest factor affecting the comprehensive error of electric energy metering. The error caused by the secondary voltage drop of the voltage transformer refers to the percentage of the amplitude difference of the voltage between the secondary terminal and the load terminal of the voltage transformer relative to the actual secondary voltage, as well as the general term for the phase difference between the two voltages.
The secondary voltage drop/load tester is an intelligent instrument for fully automatic testing of the secondary voltage drop/load of the voltage transformer, which is carefully designed and developed by our company by absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad.
The instrument has the advantages of small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, easy operation and easy learning, simple wiring, convenient testing and recording, and greatly improves work efficiency. It uses a large-screen true color graphic LCD as the display window, graphic menu operation and Chinese character prompts, a display interface that integrates multiple parameters on one screen, a friendly human-computer dialogue interface, and is easy and fast to use. 2. Functional features
1. Automatically complete the measurement of the secondary load of the voltage transformer and the current transformer on site.
2. The software correction function is specially designed to achieve accuracy correction without hardware adjustment, and can be verified on site in power test and research departments at all levels.
3. Various electrical parameters are displayed on the same screen, and voltage, current, phase angle, power factor, active power, reactive power, and apparent power can all be measured; the waveform of each phase parameter can be displayed.
4. It has the function of harmonic measurement, and can measure the harmonic content of voltage and current below 32 times.
5. It has a built-in large-capacity rechargeable battery pack, which can be powered by the battery pack in the instrument when there is no 220V AC outdoors. The built-in fast automatic charger can quickly charge the battery pack.
6. The battery remaining power percentage indication function is not a simple low-power alarm.
7. Large screen, high brightness true color LCD display, all-Chinese graphic menu and operation prompts realize friendly human-computer dialogue, conductive silicone buttons make operation easier, wide temperature LCD with automatic contrast and brightness adjustment, can adapt to winter and summer seasons.
8. Users can print out the test data through a micro printer at any time.
9. Test result storage function, can store 200 sets of test data.
10. Equipped with background management software, the storage records can be uploaded to the computer for unified management.
