1. This instrument can select the corresponding output current value for testing according to the tested product, and is mainly suitable for measuring inductive resistances such as transformers and mutual inductors.
2. For large transformers with five-column cores and low-voltage windings connected in a triangle, the instrument can use the high and low voltage series excitation method for testing. The instrument automatically connects the winding's auxiliary magnetic circuit inside, which can quickly and accurately test the DC resistance of the low-voltage winding.
3. This instrument has a three-channel test function to complete the three-phase DC resistance measurement in one connection of the star-connected winding, and automatically calculate the three-phase unbalance rate, which greatly saves measurement time and improves work efficiency. The phase-by-phase test function can also be used to test the transformers with YN and D (Y) connection methods phase by phase until the test is completed.
4. The winding material can be set according to the winding material of the tested product, and copper or aluminum can be selected to distinguish the converted temperature coefficients of different materials.
5. The instrument is equipped with a detection function for the neutral point lead wire resistance of the transformer YN winding, which can make the three-channel test data closer to the single-phase test value.
