I. Product Introduction

Arrester is an important electrical equipment in the power grid that protects power equipment from overvoltage hazards. The quality of its own operation will directly affect the safety of the power system. Usually, the arrester action and leakage current of the arrester are monitored by the arrester monitor. Due to poor sealing, the monitor may enter moisture or moisture during operation, causing the internal components to rust, or other reasons may cause the monitor counter to not work normally and the leakage current indication to be inaccurate. Therefore, the "Regulations" stipulate that the arrester monitor should be inspected once a year.

This instrument developed by our company is mainly used to verify the reliability of the action of various arrester counters and the goodness of the monitor leakage current meter. This instrument adopts a touch screen and button dual operation mode to meet the usage habits of different users. It has a variety of practical functions such as action test, current verification, counter zeroing, large-capacity data storage, and U disk export, with a high degree of automation. And it can be tested with one key through shortcut keys, which is easy to use. The counter calibration is applicable to valve type arresters (including silicon carbide common valve type <FZ and FCD> and silicon carbide magnetic blow valve type <FCZ and FCD> and the inspection and calibration of the discharge action of the discharge recorder in zinc oxide arresters). The ammeter calibration of the monitor complies with the requirements of the power industry standard "DL474.5-92 Field Insulation Test Implementation Guidelines - Arrester Test Standard", and is applicable to tests under various conditions such as power plants, substations, repair workshops, and laboratories. This instrument adopts a handheld design, beautiful appearance, and easy to carry. It replaces the traditional bulky test instruments and test methods. It is used for the action test of the arrester counter and is very popular among professionals.

The current mode peak value/effective value is optional, which meets the meter head verification of various monitoring instruments.

6 Counter reset: Automatic action and automatic counting after setting; automatic stop after zeroing, without human intervention.

7 Safe and reliable: The instrument shell is made of ABS plastic material, and there is no metal exposed in the high voltage output, so the operator is safe and will not be shocked.
