1. Product Overview:

The battery discharge tester is mainly used for the discharge test of the backup power supply lead-acid battery in the power DC industry. It has three functions in one: battery fast capacity test, online monitoring and capacity verification test. It has a high degree of integration, compact size and complete functions.

2. Product functions and main features:

1. Online monitoring function: When the battery pack is in the state of online discharge, equalization charge and floating charge, the battery pack and each single cell can be monitored online in real time. The monitoring content includes: the voltage of the entire battery pack, the voltage of each single cell, the battery pack charge and discharge current, the battery pack monitoring time, the battery pack charge and discharge capacity and other indicators.

2. The equipment supports constant current and constant power discharge test modes: it can meet a variety of test requirements. When the battery capacity needs to be tested, the constant current discharge mode can be selected to accurately test the actual capacity of the battery pack; when the battery load capacity needs to be tested, the constant power test mode can be selected to accurately simulate the backup power supply time of the battery pack with real load.

3. Online compensation discharge function: (optional) During online discharge, the host displays current = battery pack discharge current = host internal dummy load current + actual load current. Since the actual load current will change with the change of online voltage during online discharge, the host internal dummy load battery will also automatically adjust to ensure that the battery pack is always discharged in a true constant current mode

4. Single-cell monitoring module:

Users can choose to set the single-cell voltage type. Single-cell voltage monitoring module, wired and wireless optional. Each wireless monitoring module can monitor 24 1.2V2V4V68V12V battery cells at the same time, and the wireless module wiring operation is simpler and more perfect.

5. When doing capacity discharge test, four discharge termination conditions can be set at the same time: ① whole group voltage termination condition;

② single-cell voltage termination condition; ③ discharge time termination condition; ④ discharge capacity termination condition. The ongoing test process can also be terminated manually as needed;

6. During the test, the voltage of each single cell is detected and displayed in real time: the change trajectory of the bar graph of each single cell voltage is presented on the host screen, and the single cells with the highest and lowest voltages can be automatically presented in real time to help you quickly analyze the trend of single cell changes. , and can display the cell voltage bar graph.

7. Discharge parameter preset function: allows up to 9 commonly used discharge parameter settings to be pre-set. In many cases, there is no need to reset the discharge parameters, which is convenient for users to discharge and speed up the test. Users can also modify the built-in pre-discharge parameters.

8. Intelligent judgment program: allows the instrument to automatically judge whether the single-cell monitoring is the clip falling off or the threshold is really reached, avoiding artificial interruption of the discharge process and making the test process smoother.

15. Discharge parameter template function: directly call the preset parameters for discharge test. 20. 21. Maintenance suggestions: After the test is completed, all calculation results will be automatically displayed, and maintenance suggestions will be provided based on the specific test data.

22. Storage method: internal storage and external storage are optional. The minimum interval of internal storage is 1 minute. The minimum external storage is 5 seconds.
