Technical Parameters
HSSP Oil Chromatograph adopts a new type of transformer oil gas chromatograph with a large Chinese LCD display. The instrument absorbs the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad. Various parameters are set through the keyboard. The machine has power-off protection, over-temperature protection, "0℃" protection, gas cut-off protection, electronic zeroing and other functions. It has stable and reliable performance, simple and reasonable structure, simple and convenient operation, expansion capability and strong advantages, and has a unique column chamber tracking temperature rise function. It is configured with a double hydrogen flame ionization detector (dual FID), a thermal conductivity cell (TCD) detector, and a methane reformer. One injection realizes the full analysis of nine components in the gas (H2, O2, N2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, CO, CO2)
This product has been widely used in petroleum, electricity, coal, chemical industry, colleges and universities, scientific research and other departments.
I. Normal working conditions of the instrument:
1. Ambient temperature: 0~30℃.
2. Relative humidity: less than 85%.
3. There is no strong electromagnetic field interference and no corrosive gas around.
4. The workbench should be stable and free of strong vibration.
5. Power supply voltage: AC 220V±10%, 50Hz±0.5Hz.
6. Power consumption: about 2KW

1. Temperature control:
(1) Chromatographic column chamber temperature:
· Temperature control range: room temperature plus 8℃~400℃ (set temperature increment 1℃)
· Temperature control accuracy: ±0.1℃ within 200℃
