1. Overview
HS878 microcomputer analog circuit breaker is a new product developed by our company based on the original analog circuit breaker using the new ARM single-chip microcomputer as the control core. Because the new single-chip microcomputer adopts program control and uses a 10-inch touch screen for all parameters and switch operations, all mechanical buttons or knobs are abandoned, thereby improving the accuracy and performance of the whole machine. This product has the characteristics of reliability and durability, convenient wiring, small size and light weight. It is an indispensable equipment for testing relay protection devices. It is used in conjunction with various microcomputer relay protection test devices to complete the experiment and detection of complete relay protection devices of various voltage levels in the relay protection department of the power system, ensure the integrity and reliability of the complete relay protection device, and improve the calibration quality of the device.
2. Performance characteristics
1. This machine comes with a high-precision program-controlled DC regulated power supply for users to use when there is no DC power supply.
2. This device has two completely independent three-phase simulated circuit breakers A, B, C and D, E, F. They can be used as six switches when conducting standby automatic test. Generally, each phase of the simulated circuit breaker only provides one pair of normally open and normally closed contacts. According to the requirements of the standby automatic test, it is necessary to increase the output contacts. In addition, due to the differences in the tripping and closing time of circuit breakers from different manufacturers, according to the different needs of customers, the HS878 microcomputer-type high-voltage circuit breaker simulation device produced by our company provides a variety of functional options, including increasing the output contacts of the simulated circuit breaker to two pairs of normally open and two pairs of normally closed contacts, multi-range tripping and closing time selection and tripping and closing resistance selection.
3. The input control terminal of this simulated circuit breaker can input AC and DC current signals to trigger the simulated circuit breaker action. Thus, the action characteristics of AC and DC circuit breakers can be simulated. It greatly facilitates users.
4. This simulated circuit breaker can export test data to the computer through a USB flash drive. And it has an RS-485 interface, which can be controlled and operated by the host computer.
5. This simulated circuit breaker adopts low energy consumption design and built-in large-capacity lithium battery. When there is no AC power supply on site, it can be used continuously for more than 10 hours and standby for more than 30 hours. When using internal power supply, the DC output power of this machine is not available (this function is optional, please indicate when ordering).
6. This device adopts modular design and can be infinitely expanded by adding tripping and closing modules and control units. It can form simulated circuit breakers with 2 circuits or more, and can form simulated circuit breakers with multiple circuits, so as to simulate the actions of multiple three-phase circuit breakers. Multiple simulated circuit breaker input and output circuits are isolated from each other. When the tripping and closing coil current is used in parallel through the corresponding channels, the current can be doubled, thereby realizing more functions. It can also form a simulated circuit breaker screen for teaching and experimental use.
In summary, this simulated circuit breaker can simulate the automatic reclosing test of AC and DC circuit breakers, the automatic input test of backup power supply, and the three-phase different phase test.
This device is designed with an ARM microprocessor core. The overall structure is divided into CPU main control unit, signal input unit, touch screen control unit, tripping and closing signal output unit, tripping and closing current setting unit and tripping and closing action relay, etc.
