1. Introduction to HSJF power frequency non-partial discharge test complete set
With the progress of society and the development of science, human beings have an increasing demand for energy. Since electricity is an indispensable and important resource in people's lives, it promotes the rapid development of the power industry. With the increase of network voltage and new production processes and technologies, preventive tests are on the agenda. In order to increase the service life of output power distribution equipment, partial discharge test requirements are now proposed for some equipment.
In order to adapt to different voltage levels, different capacities, and work in different use environments and conditions. Our company has designed four models and more than 60 specifications of power frequency non-partial discharge test transformers and their complete sets.
From the perspective of structural type, it can be divided into four types: single-phase iron shell type, single-phase iron shell cascade type, single-phase insulation cylinder shell type and single-phase insulation cylinder outer cascade type. Single-phase iron shell type is generally suitable for places with low voltage and capacity and easy to carry, or fixed type with large voltage and capacity, but low requirements for partial discharge, low voltage, and relatively fixed use; single-phase insulated cylinder cascade type is mainly suitable for places with high requirements for partial discharge, high voltage and large capacity, or low voltage and small capacity, easy to carry. The above four models can be selected by users according to different requirements.
Storage conditions
1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters.
2. The ambient air temperature shall be -10℃—+40℃, and the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 85% (+20%). The temperature difference shall not exceed 15℃ when changing from one environment to another.
3. No conductive dust exists.
4. No fire and explosion hazards.
5. No gas that corrodes metals and insulation exists.
6. Places without severe vibration and collision.
7. The ground level shall not exceed 3 degrees
8. The waveform of the power supply voltage is a real sine wave, the waveform distortion rate is less than 1%, the frequency is 50Hz, and the power supply side should not be subjected to external atmospheric overvoltage.
9. A reliable grounding point is set, and the grounding resistance is less than 1 ohm.
II. Technical parameters of HSJF power frequency non-partial discharge test set
1. Partial discharge
(1) 10-200KV rated high voltage output, partial discharge amount ≤3-5PC at 100%UH.
(2) 250-300KV rated high voltage output, partial discharge amount ≤5PC at 100%UH.
(3) 350-750KV rated output, partial discharge amount ≤5PC at 80%UH, ≤10PC at 100%UH.
(4) 80KV-1500KV rated high voltage output, partial discharge amount ≤10PC at 80%UH.
2. Series transformer, transformer voltage distribution asymmetry ≤5%
3. The test transformer can run for 30 minutes at rated voltage and rated current, starting from the ambient temperature, and can run continuously at two-thirds of the rated voltage and two-thirds of the rated current.
4. The impedance of a single test transformer is 3%-12%, and the series impedance is 5%-40%.
5. The waveform distortion rate is <5%.
6. The remaining parameters comply with the provisions of ZBK41006-89 "Test Transformer".
