Technical Parameters


1. Overview


HS6000+ multi-function power consumption tester is a high-precision test instrument developed and manufactured by our company that integrates power parameter measurement, power meter detection, and wiring judgment. The instrument is equipped with high-precision and high-linearity voltage transformers and clamp-on current transformers, which make the instrument measure various parameters with high accuracy. At the same time, the on-site wiring is simple and can be directly connected without disconnecting the current loop.


The instrument uses a large-screen color LCD as the display, a full Chinese graphical operation interface, and is equipped with Chinese character prompt information and a multi-parameter LCD display interface. The human-computer dialogue interface is friendly, and the vector diagram display and wiring judgment provide a reliable basis for checking the correctness of the circuit. The full touch conductive silicone keyboard operation mode has a good operating feel and is easy to learn. The instrument has a built-in large-capacity data storage device that does not lose data when power is off, which can save the on-site verification data. It can store up to 1,000 sets of on-site verification results. It can provide background microcomputer management software to upload the results to the computer to realize microcomputer management.


The instrument uses an engineering plastic shell independently designed and manufactured by our company. The instrument has a beautiful and practical appearance. On-site testing is easy to operate.


When operating this machine, you can open the rear bracket and put it on the desktop for use, or you can use it by hand. To facilitate hand-held operation, this machine can add a fastening belt for fixed hand-held operation. When hand-held operation, you can fix your hand on the left side of the instrument, which ensures the convenience and flexibility of hand-held operation.


2. Functional characteristics


1. The instrument is a high-precision test instrument that integrates energy meter calibration, electrical parameter testing, and detection of power quality problems such as waveform distortion, voltage fluctuation and three-phase imbalance in the power grid.


2. Without power outage, without changing the metering circuit, and without opening the metering equipment, the comprehensive error of the metering equipment can be detected online under real load.


3. Accurately measure multiple electrical parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, frequency, etc., so as to calculate the measurement error of the test equipment circuit.


4. The vector diagram of the measured voltage and current can be displayed, and the user can determine whether the wiring of the metering equipment is correct by analyzing the vector diagram. At the same time, in the three-phase three-wire wiring mode, 48 wiring modes can be automatically judged; the automatic calculation function of the supplementary power is convenient for users to calculate the supplementary power for users with wiring problems.


5. The current loop uses a clamp-on transformer for measurement, and the operator can conveniently and safely measure without disconnecting the current loop.


6. It can calibrate indicating instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, power meters, phase meters, and various active and reactive energy meters of 1A and 5A of three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and single-phase.


7. The energy meter can be calibrated by photoelectric, manual, pulse and other methods.


8. It has two pulse acquisition circuits, which can simultaneously calibrate the errors of the main and auxiliary meters.


9. The standard deviation estimate of the measured energy meter can be counted.


10. Equipped with a high-voltage clamp-on current transformer, the transformation ratio of the current transformer of 35kV and below voltage levels can be detected online.


11. The running test can be carried out to test the indication function of the energy meter recorder.


12. Measure and analyze the quality of AC power supplied from the public power grid to the user end, including frequency deviation, voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, three-phase voltage allowable imbalance and power grid harmonics.


13. The three-phase voltage and current waveforms can be displayed simultaneously, or separately in phase.


14. Load fluctuation monitoring: Measure and analyze the fluctuations caused by various electrical equipment on the quality of public power grid power under different operating conditions. Record and store power parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, phase, etc.


15. Dynamic monitoring of power equipment adjustment and operation process to help users solve problems that arise during power equipment adjustment and commissioning.


16. Test and analyze the dynamic parameters of reactive compensation and filtering devices in the power system and make quantitative evaluations of their functions and technical indicators


17. Optional barcode scanner to automatically enter the barcode of the meter.


18. Optional WIFI (Bluetooth) module to remotely control the instrument with a tablet or mobile phone (Android and WINDOWS system APPs are provided).


19. The 485 communication interface of the energy meter can be tested, and the work requirements of the multi-function (intelligent) energy meter can be completed on-site. The demand can be error-checked according to the demand cycle and slip time set in the meter.


20. It has a perpetual calendar and clock function, and displays the date and time in real time. The test data and results can be saved while the on-site verification is in progress, and uploaded to the computer through the serial port, and the data can be managed by computer through the background management software (optional accessories).


21. The large-screen imported color LCD is used as the display, the Chinese graphical operation interface is equipped with Chinese character prompt information, and the LCD display interface with multi-parameter display has a friendly human-computer dialogue interface


22. It is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry. It can be used for on-site measurement and can also be used as a standard equipment in the laboratory.
