1. Overview
HSJS-IV variable frequency anti-interference dielectric loss tester is a high-precision test instrument for testing the dielectric loss tangent value and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment on-site or in laboratories such as power plants and substations. The instrument is an integrated structure with a built-in dielectric loss test bridge, variable frequency voltage regulating power supply, step-up transformer and SF6 high-stability standard capacitor. The test high voltage source is generated by the inverter inside the instrument and is used for testing the test product after being stepped up by the transformer. The frequency can be changed to 50Hz, 47.5Hz52.5Hz, 45Hz55Hz, 60Hz, 57.5Hz62.5Hz, 55Hz65Hz. The digital notch technology is used to avoid the interference of the power frequency electric field on the test, fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. It is also suitable for occasions where the generator is used for power supply detection after all power outages. The instrument is equipped with an insulating oil cup and a temperature control device to test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.
2. Main features of the instrument
1. Large LCD Chinese display
Easy to operate, the instrument is equipped with a high-end full-touch LCD display and a large full-touch operation interface. Each process is very clear and the operator can use it without additional professional training. The entire process can be measured with a light click. It is currently an ideal intelligent dielectric loss measurement device.
2. Massive storage data
The instrument is equipped with a calendar chip and a large-capacity memory, which can save 200 groups of data. The test results can be saved in chronological order, and historical records can be viewed at any time and printed out.
3. Scientific and advanced data management
The instrument data can be exported through a U disk, and the data can be viewed and managed on any PC through our company's special software.
4. Multiple test modes
The instrument uses internal high voltage and internal standard methods for testing, positive connection method, reverse connection method, and self-excitation method.
5. CVT test in one step
The instrument can also test the dielectric loss and capacitance of fully sealed CVT (capacitive voltage transformer) C1 and C2.
6. Measure CVT without removing the high-voltage lead
The instrument can correctly measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of CVT without removing the high-voltage lead of CVT.
7. CVT reverse shielding method to measure C0
The instrument can use the reverse shielding method to measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of C0 at the upper end of CVT.
8. High-speed sampling signal
The inverter and sampling circuit inside the instrument are all digitally controlled, and the output voltage is continuously adjustable.
9. Multiple protections are safe and reliable
The instrument has multiple protection measures such as input voltage fluctuation, high voltage current, output short circuit, power failure, overvoltage, overcurrent, temperature, etc., which ensures the safety and reliability of the instrument. The instrument also has the function of setting grounding detection to ensure that ungrounded equipment is not allowed to increase voltage.
